Alan Gelman

Alan David Gelman, 77, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026. He was born June 16, 1948.

He grew up in Dayton, Ohio and went to Ohio State University. Eventually he left Ohio and spent some time in Colorado before moving on To Los Angeles. He became an actor and loved it.

On a trip back home to Dayton he met his future wife, Donna. They got married in 1989. After 11 years, they got tired of Los Angeles and decided to move outside of Missoula, Montana. They both loved the area.

Alan is survived by his wife, Donna; his brother, Rick; his sister Laurie, and his two doggies, Kenzie and Maddie.
