Obituary for Charles F. "Frank" Sandford
– Charles F. "Frank" Sandford, 92, of Missoula passed away Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013. A graveside service with military honors will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Sunset Memorial Gardens. A full obituary will follow. Sunset Memorial Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
