Jack Vernon Carman 1947 – 2026

I was born Jack Vernon Carman in Casper, Wyoming. On February 14, 1947, To Claudia and George Carman. I lived in Montana most of my life. With a short time in Idaho. I joined the U.S. Army in 1964 while living in Jordan, MT.

I I served proudly state side, Germany and Vietnam as a wheel vehicle mechanic also as a helicopter mechanic.

After my discharge in 1970 I held various jobs until I started work at Champion in Bonner. Where I slaved for 18 years.

I have two sons, Brian and Shawn. Shawn passed in 2019 at 46. I have one grandson and 3 granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.

I married my love Diane on February 19, 2000.

We enjoyed life on the highline for 10 years. Then its back to Missoula. After retiring I spent time on some hobbies such as woodworking, cooking, model building and just in general a pain in the butt.

As a veteran I wish to be cremated and put to rest in the Western Montana State Veteran’s Cemetery.

P.S. I know the secret now!
