Jason William Two Two

Apr 5, 1978 — Sep 25, 2026

Missoula

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of Jason William Two-Two, age 48, passed away Friday, September 25th 2026, at St. Pats hospital in Missoula, Montana.

He was born on April 5th, 1978, in Billings, Montana, son of Connie Vogel and John Two-Two.

Jason attended Belgrade Public Elementary School and Bozeman High School. He enjoyed snowboarding at Bridger Bowl and community soccer. After high school he moved to Missoula, Montana and worked for Hu Hot Mongolian Grill, later turning it into a corporate travel position, ensuring their network security and quality control. Jason grew up camping and enjoying the outdoors. After working corporate for some time, he abruptly quit, sold everything and did an ultra light “through hike” of the Appalachain Trail. Jason enjoyed fly fishing and became a very avid fly tyer. He always had a quick sense of humor and great taste in comedy and music, which continues to inspire the people he shared it with. He enjoyed online gaming and had a huge online presence as a "Gray Hat". He was wildly curious his whole life, very disciplined, and self-taught. He was a C++ certified programmer, website curator, IT specialist and general internet guru. He was brilliant, kind, and practical. He had a wealth of knowledge that he was eager to share and even enjoyed debating the existence of the cosmos.

My brothers legacy of human perseverance and learning will be carried forward by those that had the privilege of knowing him. His remarkable life will forever be an inspiration, a testament to the power of a spirit enthused with curiosity and resilience.

He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gordon & Ethel Finley and Bob & Marlene Vogel. He was a son, a close brother and thoroughly enjoyed being an uncle.

He had countless friends, close neighbors, and co-workers. In addition, Jason is remembered by many extended family members and online friends who will deeply miss his presence.

He is survived by his parents, sisters and his three nieces. His many cousins including, Stevie & Kevin, and April, whom he really enjoyed his long talks with in the hospital. And our Uncle Ron.

As per his request, there will be no service at this time. Garden City Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Jason W. Two-Two.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to honor Jason's legacy of learning by seeking out new knowledge, pushing on the boundaries of the unknown and sharing these insights with others. This, we believe, would be the best tribute to his extraordinary life.

We miss you dearly Jason.

Thank you endlessly for all the love and laughs throughout the years. Love, Jason's Family.
