Joanie Lynn Jeanminette

MISSOULA ~ Joanie Lynn Jeanminette, 58 of Missoula passed away on Tuesday May 30, 2023, at her home while dreaming.

She was born on January 20, 1965, in Reno Nevada to Lesley Langford and Ron Johnsen. As a young girl you would find Joanie being daddy’s girl always playing around with her dad.

Joanie’s first marriage was when she was 16 years old. During that marriage she raised 3 children James, Christina, and Aaron. Her entire life was focused on instilling great things in her kids. She was an amazing mother!

On December 18, 2004, she married the love of her life, her soul mate Kurt Jeanminette. Joanie and Kurt had a connection so strong they would constantly glow around each other.

She enjoyed crafts, gardening, puzzles, and spending time with family.

A loving wife, amazing mom, fantastic grandmother, and great grandmother. She consistently showed a way to so many how to love and care for each other. She loved music, butterflies, and wind chimes.

Survivors include her father Ron Johnsen, kids James, Christina, and Aaron. Her grandkids Xena, Vinzen, Emmitt, Bentley, Ruth, Kassy, Ozzy, Owen, Makiah and Trystan. Her great grandkids Aolani and Kalaya. Her sisters are Tamara, Patty, Mary, Mable, Jennifer, Sandy, and Melissa.

To all that knew Joanie knew she was a beaming light of sunshine everywhere she went. She will be deeply missed.
