Karen L Foshag born October 17, 1955, unexpectedly passed away at her home October 30, 2026.  

Born in Sydney, MT to Harold G Huber and Marilyn M Mann. She was the 3rd oldest out of 5 children. Karen spent most of her years working in the medical field as a front desk receptionist. During her time working she made a lot of close friends. She met her husband Bernie Foshag while working at the forest lounge in Missoula. They welcomed their only daughter, Brittani in August 1995. In February 2005 Karen and Bernie were married surrounded by close family.  

Karen loved spending time with her family, from weekend fishing trips to time in the mountains.  Mom loved to keep everyone on their toes. In 2015 she suffered a major heart attack. After spending a total of 32 days in the ICU she came home and there was never a dull moment.

In August 2020, the greatest blessing for mom came a new title, Mimi. Karen's only granddaughter, Remmingtyn, was born. From the day Remmi was born those two were wrapped around one another's finger.

Karen is proceeded in death by her parents; Harold Huber and Marilyn Huber (Mann), her brother David Huber, and her husband Bernie Foshag.

She is survived by her daughter Brittani (Ethan), granddaughter Remmingtyn Gibson, sister's; Renee Huber, and Ladonna Froehlich, brother Gary Huber (Marie) and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life for Karen at a later date. Cremation will take place per her request.
