Kenneth Thormahlen

Kenneth "Ken Thormahlen, 78, of Missoula passed away Saturday April 29, 2023 at his home in Missoula.

Ken was born in Bismarck North Dakota, July 13, 1944 to Walter and Cecilia Thormahlen.  The family moved to Anaconda Montana, where Ken attended school.  Ken graduated from Anaconda Central High School, then went into the Army reserve.  He retired from the army reserve in 1970.

On July 2, 1969 Ken married Ginny Kahm.  Also that year Ken went to barber school in Fargo North Dakota.  Ginny returned to Anaconda to have the first of three children Cory. After ken finished Barber school he joined Ginny in Anaconda.

The family then moved to Missoula where Becky and Brian were born.  Ken opened up his business as a barber, and they raised their three children.  

Ken is preceded in death by his parents.

Ken is survived by his wife, Ginny and their three children and their families.
