Linda Minster

Linda M. Minster, 83, of Missoula, Montana, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Providence St. Patrick Hospital following a period of declining health. 

Linda was born on Independence Day, July 4, 1939, in McKenzie County, North Dakota, one of nine children of Clyde and C. Gertrude Lindsley. She was raised on the family farm where she learned many invaluable skills. She was able to take one of those skills, sewing, and not only make it a hobby but also a career. 

Linda met and married Bruce Minster and to their union two sons were born, Mike and Jim. She worked hard to raise two wonderful boys. In her free time, she enjoyed camping with her family, shopping, and baking. She could often be found at the mall with her sister and niece or whipping up a sweet treat.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons and their families, including grandchildren Brandon and Mary. A special niece,Kathy, and her family, along with many other extended family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bruce in 1997, and eight of her siblings.
