Russell Rasmussen

Russell Charles Rasmussen 79 passed away at his residence in Saint Regis, Montana, May 4, 2024. Cremation has taken place.

Russell was born August 6, 1944 in Missoula, Montana to Anker and June Rasmussen. Russell attended school in Arlee. Upon graduating, he joined the US Navy. After serving four years, he was honorably discharged.

Over the years, he worked various jobs. He worked for the Mission Valley Electric, worked on the Libby dam, and he was a deputy sheriff in Sprague, Washington. When he moved to Everett, Washington, he drove a truck for his father-in-law. He later spent most of his years driving a cement truck for a Seattle concrete company, which he retired from.

Russell married Candice Yundt In June 1972 in Spokane, Washington.

Russell is proceeded in death by his parents Anker and June, and his brothers Anker And Richard. He is survived by his brother Robert, as well as his nieces and nephews.

Russell doesn't wish to have a service. His ashes will be interred in the VA cemetery in Missoula.
