Sandra Hendrix

Sandra "Sandy" Hendrix, 83, of Drummond/Hall, Montana, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2023. Sandy was born on January 13, 1940, in American Fork, Utah.

Sandy married JB Hendrix on June 4, 1960. Their children include Chris and Loni Jo (Jo). Sandy was also a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Sandy was known for her love of baking and often shared her delicious goodies with family and friends. She had a warm and caring nature and always made time to lend a listening ear. Sandy's friends meant the world to her, and she was always grateful for their support, especially during the physical challenges she faced throughout her life.

Despite these challenges, Sandy remained happy, optimistic, and always had a positive attitude. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, a cherished friend, and an active member of her community.

Sandy was also a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She found great strength and comfort in her faith.

A graveside service for Sandy will be held on November 10, 2023, at 12:00 noon at the Valley Cemetery in Drummond, MT. This will be followed by a memorial luncheon at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 6197 MT-1, Drummond, MT 59832, at 1:00 pm. Friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate Sandy's life.

Sandy's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the many friends who provided her with compassionate care during her final days.

Sandy's spirit and legacy of love, kindness, and optimism will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed, but we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace. May she rest in eternal peace.
