STEPHANIE ANNETTE (BRESTER) HODGES

Stephanie (Brester) Hodges, 38, of Missoula, passed away on the morning of Jan 8, 2024, at her parents home in Lolo.

She was born at Community Hospital in Missoula on April 2, 1985.  She grew up in Lolo and attended Lolo Elementary, Big Sky High School, and the University of Montana, graduating with a degree in accounting.  Stephanie was hard working and was passionate about what she did, whether it was the 3 jobs she held while in school, or the last 11 years she worked for Walmart.

On July 4, 2009 she married Barry Hodges. On April 6, 2022, they welcomed their daughter Avary who is the light of their lives.

Stephanie loved to bowl, shop, & draw/color.  But she most enjoyed the adventures her and Barry took over the last 19 years together.  No matter if it was a weekend drive, a camping trip (especially Yellowstone), a trip to Vegas, or a cruise to Alaska, she was always ready to go.  When Avary came along that didn’t stop her passion to go, it just turned into family drives and camping adventures.

Survivors include her husband Barry and daughter Avary (2)
Her parents Alvin and Angel Brester, her sister Danelle (Ryan) Miller and Alex,  her brother Kenley (Shelby) Brester and Hudson and Emerson.  Barry’s parents Ed and Teri Hodges, and brother/sister in law Randy and Kaitie Hodges.

Plus numerous Aunt, Uncles, and cousins who loved Stephanie with all their hearts.

She was proceeded in death by her grandparents  Wally and Eleanor Hagestad, Alvin and Violet Brester, and several aunts & uncles.

Private family services will be held.
