Thomas E. "Tom" Jackson

Thomas “Tom” Edward Jackson, 75, of Missoula, passed away at home on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
He was born on October 5, 1946, in Hamilton, Montana to Joseph and Betty Jackson.
On March 4th, 1971 he married Sandra Jackson in Salmon ID, whom he had met in high school and has loved ever since. In 1979 the couple and their children moved to Missoula where they still reside.
When Tom was not working he enjoyed woodworking, carpentry, and being outdoors. He was known to go camping with family, place bets on fishing trips, and hunt for the prized rack.
Tom was a man who put family time above all else. He was proud of others’ accomplishments and constantly encouraged those close to him to be all they could be. Supportive and protective to the core, Tom was always there for others when they were in need.
He is preceded in death by, his parents, Betty Jackson and Joseph Jackson, and sister, Marian Bailey.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Jackson, two daughters, Angel Notti and April (Travis) Campbell, two grandsons, Troy Campbell and Jordan Notti all from Missoula and sister, Betty Jo Perkins from Spokane WA.
Memorial service will be September 1st at the Meadowlark Shelter Pavilion in Fort Missoula at 1:00 pm.
