Tracy died the morning of Thursday, September 3rd from complications of a stroke. He was born in South Dakota in May of 1965 to William Edward Moser and Marilynn Winnifred “Tee” (Smith). For more than 30 years he made Stevensville his home, where he lived, loved, and made his way through life.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and sister Sue. He’s survived by his sister Connie and brother Michael, and two children he loved dearly, daughter Breeze and son Mason. Tracy also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and several close friends.

Tracy was an intelligent, strong, determined, caring, good man and his dry, sarcastic humor left an indelible mark on many. For those he held close, he was generous, thoughtful, kind, and protective. His circle of acquaintances was wide and for all who knew him, his charm and wit will be remembered fondly.

At his request, there will be no formal services.
